LOCATION: Queens, New York

In Queens, New York, I created a ground mural that memorialized the late Dr.Decoo, a Latino physician who lost his life after battling the pandemic in NYC. The mural was also created to give attention to the disproportionate amount of Latinos that have died in the area due to COVID-19. But it was not only about New York City, the disproportionate loss of life was evident across the nation.
